These babies are Japanese in origin - so will play all games from any country but will only play Region 2 UMD films.

A Japanese PSP will ply everything (including UMDs) that a UK PSP will play.

There is a slight risk that they will start region coding games, but I dont think they will. I got a foreign PSP and im not hugely worried.

Ok, looks like i`m going to order 4, just wondering will i get charged by customs on this lot, i know it says no shipping or custom fees but i`m worried that because i`m buying 4 it will happen

I think its the fact that they are white! Its different, i`m ordering 4. I told 3 of my mates and they want them, I live in Ireland and I know that they are out of stock everywhere here. I see they do different bundle packs, just wondering what one you went for, thinking the one with the 1GB stick is good?

yes sir indeed. Had a quick look and someone has commented on the web site that its got version 2.1 of the firmware. Well if you are looking to run homebrew stuff then you can forget it for the moment. Only version that lets you run homebrew is 1.5. If you get a 2 or 1.51 then you downgrade.

Take a look at ebay this store has got plenty of 1.5 and no customs charges http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8235257398&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1
