Is there a code to make this region free? Anyone got one of these and can comment on it? At £99 I`m very tempted...

And if you work for the NHS you can always enter NHSdiscounts for a 5% discount. But not if you don`t work for the NHS, of course.

open tray to ensure it,s empty and close,
press dvd/rec,
press return, then info,
and enter 8880,
display region region free apears
as easy that.

It does look good at that price - seems to have some good user reviews too.

Does this record in stereo from the TV Tuner (RF)? I stupidly purchased the Liteon 5001 and it doesn`t record TV programmes in stereo! Crazy.
