All,

Just to let you know that this set does NOT include an extended version of Reloaded, that was an initial guess which has proved to be incorrect, see here

And no audio commentary by Keanu Reeves, Carrie Anne Moss, Laurence Fishburne, DP Bill Pope and other cast and crew. Instead we get -
Quote:
The first will be with movie philosophers Ken Wilbur & Cornel West; the second with three unnamed `professional` critics who hated all three The Matrix outings.
"It`s the best idea we`ve ever had. It`s hilarious. They just sit there and rip the sh*t out of us for six hours."

Bet there are some fans that would like to do that as well! If this turns out to be true then they can keep the box and I`ll hang on to my original releases. Glad I haven`t already sold them on ebay!

Got an email from EZYDVD in Australia. The 10 disc set from them is just under £60 but postage high.

Good details of what you get and a nice doll of Neo shown. I don`t know if this is the more definitive list of what you get.

EZYDVD have many other offers - still wear from Last Samurai t-shirt I got free with the film from them, and can recommend their service. They also give good descriptions

i assume the UK version of the original will be cut again? Is that likely to mess up the commentaries this time as well?

Not that it really matters, 10 discs for one decent film that already has a good transfer is slight overkill IMHO ;-)

The transfer of the original film is nowhere near decent by today`s standards. It`s too grainy, and nowhere near as sharp as those of Reloaded and Revolutions. I also hear the W Bros though the contrast was shot to hell, and I agree with `em. It did look good back in `99 though!

I`d sooner cut off my own testicals than own that bunch of s***e.

This time no hype machine surrounding these movies are not going to make me part with my cash.
