Star Wars Trilogy - £25.49 @ CD-Wow

Well, it`s £25.49 with the £1.50 off! So if you haven`t already ordered it, then why not?

Also, if you`ve got any other vouchers left you can get it even cheaper of course. Speaking of vouchers, I got a £3 voucher for CD-Wow with my new Firebox.com catalogue that fell through the letter box today; I know what I`m going to be using them for! ;)

Trouble with CD-Wow is that you are liable to get stung by customs. For the extra £1.50 I`d rather get it from Streetsonline or the other place. Actually, I`d rather get the R1 set, but there`s even more customs hassle there.

I don`t understand how a Region 2 can get stung by customs - or is it because they import from Hong Kong?

Anything coming into the UK (apart from being sent from the EU) whether it be clothes, DVDs etc if the price is over £18 it will more than likely attract customs, VAT and RM fee.

Preordered mine from DVDSoon, 52 Canadian dollars. Works out at about £21.50 ish.

DVDSoon are usually good for customs too.

I was going to order from DVDSoon, but I`ve heard they`re a lot more likely to get hit nowadays. As I`m getting it as an early Birthday present I may just ask for a set from within the UK (as there are several R1 suppliers who ship internally). Will be more expensive, but then I`m not paying :)

My birthday is a few days after as well, so that`s why I`m resisting buying (same happened with the Indy boxset last year). :D

CD-Wow must have changed their shipping arrangements for items over £18 as I received the Fawlty Towers, special edition gift set today with a Swedish postmark on it.
