Yeh, but have you tried buying them, the links don`t work and there`s no way of calling them up! At least not on the Dvd`s anyway. Roger.

So did I but this was posted on another Bargain Forum as well, plus I didn`t get my e-mail `til 20:00 last night.

I suspect that everythings gone.

Ordered Independence Day: Special Edition last night as well!

Used the £1 off link and £1.50 voucher so got it for £4.49 (avforums)

Checked order status and it`s been sent :D

I got the email from CD Wow
Like Roger James, the links dont work also when you search for them "nothing" comes up. When you get to CDWOW and go to their "Summer Sale" only 10 items come up and diffiuclt to tell if they`re CDs or DVDs (met thinks CDs) i.e. Annie Lennox, David Bowie, Elivs Presley, Manic Street preachers and others.

Maybe they remove the dvds when stocks finish and they had low stocks? Only got my email today 9.9.03 at 2.46pm

Is it now impossible to redeem gift voucher and go through £1 off link?

I picked up 2 disk Independance Day (using the £1.50 off voucher) for £5.49 last night and have confirmation email.

Thanks to the original poster as I`ve been after this at a decent price for a while :D .

Rich, how on earth did you get Independence Day LAST NIGHT, when us other poor oiks can`t even call up the item?? Roger.

How did you manage to get the dvd last night when we could`nt call up the item?

I just spoke to CD Wow who said the link has been disabled because they sent out 1000 mailshots and their stock has run out. They couldn`t explain why my email (I`m sure along with others) only arrived on 9.9.03 Oh and they offered their usual sincere apologies but said they`d get more stock of the dvds but not at the sale price. Nice!
