Smart parking
Having read a old thread about the above Cowboys would just like to say I just returned to find a PCN attached to my windscreen. I was on a industrial estate and away for about 20 minutes. Ticket states unauthorised parking yet the only sign I saw was a no overnight parking. They want £50 or £100 if not paid within 14 days. Am I right in thinking this is not enforceable ? Thanks

Having read all replys feel fairly confident I won't have to pay the ticket that was just put on my windscreen. I was parked on a industrial estate and the only sign I saw was no overnight parking. I was gone 20 minutes. Does the same thing apply on industrial estates ?

I have bought 2 dvds at erodvd.nl in april 2015 and I haven't received them.
I have written 3 emails to the shop to ask for a refund, they never answered my mails.
When I call their phone number +31546769001, it's busy or not working.
This company is clearly a fraud.
I wouldn't recommand you to buy there.
I lost 40 euros for nothing.

RE: Red DVD (bought from Sainsburys) - Multiregion Hack Required
Used it on my Sainsburys red 585-158 .
1. Switch on power.
2. Open Tray.
3. Enter Setup.
4. Press '9' 5 times. (this should show the region at the top of the screen).
5. Scroll using the arrow key until you find '255' displayed.
6. Press Enter.
7. Close the tray.
8. Power off.
9. Try a DVD.

that is where I got it from..
works on region 2 players.. but I would see the code for your region at the bottom and use that to enter and then try the 9 to make it region free ok.
I used it on my brand new Samsung BD-1600 today and it
worked on the first try using the code below.
My unit is a Region 2 (UK) machine.
1) Press the POWER button on the remote to turn on the
machine (no disc in the tray).
2) Wait till the player has booted up and the Samsung logo
screen is displayed.
3) Press the OPEN/CLOSE button on the remote twice, to open
then close the disc tray.
4) As soon as you see "No-Disc" displayed in the top left
corner, press the REPEAT button followed by the 5 digit code
for your current region as listed below.
(Mine was 57538 for region 2)
Don't press the REPEAT button for too long, just smoothly
press REPEAT 5 7 5 3 8.
If it doesn't work straight away, keep trying, mine worked
on the first go.
5) If you're successful, your current region code will be
displayed in the top left corner of the screen.
6) Press '9' to make your player region free.
7) Turn the player off, then on again and test with a
different region disc, or if you don't have one to test
with, just repeat the hack and instead of your old region
code appearing in the top left corner of your screen, you
should see '9' if you've been successful.
The hack can be repeated to turn your machine back to it's
original settings or to a particular region if the disc is
sensative to region free machines.
