I've looked it up I am 77 years in Feb 2014.

Re: P/shop. you may be right. I think I did put the hypens between the sets of serial numbers.

This 75 yr old seeks expert in the above.!
2 yrs ago I had to replace computer. I had P/shop E10 installed.I onlywant to crop/enlarge and use a simple automatic "improve " function on my fotos.
I found P/shop cicated and unuseable!!! I unistalled it and tried Picassa. Not impressed by results.
I tried to re install P/shop. All went well till I had to enter serial number. I have that number on the box that came with the disc.
When entered it says "serial number not correct" I am entering the number correctly. Any ideas????

aNY IDEAS FOR THIS BAFFLED 77 YR OLD.??
ihAD ADOBE P/SHOP 4 OR 5 ON MY DESKTOP COMPUTER. i BOUGHT A SPEED OF LIGHT NOTEBOOK SO i COULD TAKE ON PROLONGED HOLIDAYS.dECIDED TO UPDATE TO ADOBE P/S 11 AT SAME TIME. i USE P/S JUST TO CROP, ADJUST LIGHT OR DARKEN JUST SIMPLE THINGS.BUT i JUST DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS LATEST VERSION AT ALL.
cAN`T SAY WHY BUT DON`T LIKE WINDOWS PHOTO GALLERY THAT IS ALSO ON COMPUTER.. ANYONE RECCOMMEND A CHEAP OR FREE PROGRAM FOR EDITING FOTOS THAT IS SIMPLE TO USE???
