I rent both old and new titles and am never fussy about what comes first as long as I have something to watch. I keep a minimum of 30 titles in the queue. I have 40 at present. I receive atleast 6 dvds a week on average. Discs are good quality. I usually get a reply to my emails within a day or within a few hours. One thing like do like about them is that I am assigned a ticket number or case number for every email sent. So I am almost guaranteed a reply when I do need help. I personally can`t say much because my nature of renting is probably very different to many others who just want only the very latest titles in their list.

As hard as it may be for many to believe this is not an advert. I have been a Lovefilm subscriber for over 10 months now. I too found a promo voucher similar to this one when I first joined. I cancelled within the free trial, moved on to another service, became a subscriber there and finally came back to Lovefilm. I encourage free trials with anyone but be mindful of any commitments as not everyone offers genuinely free trials these days. It doesn`t cost you anything. And if you didn`t like them or if you just wanted the free trial, you leave after having watched about 20 dvds of your choice, delivered right to the comfort of your home. ;)
