I own a very similar model and it is an excellent player.
My only niggle is it is a bit slow to get going when you insert a disc, but I guess it`s busy working out what sort of disc you inserted - it can play loads of different stuff!

Likewise - I cancelled with them too after numerous emails back and forth asking why their service was so poor.

They just said it was their fair use policy.
I didn`t agree that receiving one or two discs a week was very fair and so I cancelled my subscription with them. I hardly ever requested new release DVDs either and always had a massive queue to go at.

I am now a very happy subscriber with www.screenselect.co.uk.
I`m getting the service I`m paying (3 discs at a time) for and am very happy with their service so far - in my third month now.

And they`re not 99p either - there`s the £3 postage to add on, which is, of course, ridiculous when you consider that you can post a DVD in it`s case in a bubble wrapped envelope by recorded first class delivery for £1.30.
