RE: SKY + (Existing customers)

I was on Sky FreeSat (the deal where you pay £150 outright but only get basic channels - similar to Freeview but more channels; no SkyOne tho`) and they called me a couple of months ago to ask if I want all channels (except Movies and Sport) for £5 a month for a year - so I said Yes! Hopefully if I do decide to stick with the monthly payments after this time, their deals may`ve reduced to maybe £10 a month for basic/family pack - well, you can hope!

Not posted here for long while - sounds good deal, but the only thing which concerns me is that this version does mention 2 disk in disc/tech details, but if you click on (one of) the so-called 2-disc editions it states 1-disk in the tech details etc . . .

Anyone know for sure yet?

Well, believe it or not my local One-Stop (possible connected with Dillons too?) have an 8 pack of Carling bottles for £2.99 - which of course would mean £5.98 for 16 bottles!

It was strange reading this, so soon after just purchasing these.

I am new to this Forum but I also ordered 3 copies - 1 for myself and 2 friends etc. My order was also placed over the weekend and only yesterday I received email saying the same (that they had run out!) >:(

I am considering contacting them about this - I mean, surely if you promise a friend it etc and it`s not available (which you are only told of about 4 days after) there must be something they can do? And they must have copies lying around, or perhaps in other stores - as I imagine these that were for online purchasing would have only been the ones in the warehouse/s etc?

Anyone know?

Alternatively is there anyone here who would be willing to sell for a little more - perhaps for £3.50 or £4.00 ??
