Hi Ultravideo here...I was saddened to see the comments on the Logix 3000 by "Mickymcd". I can say that upon the return of his DVD player to us, we found no fault with it whatsoever. Additionally, we refunded his DVD player without hesitation. Therefore, his comments pertaining to our customer service and the quality of the player are completely unjustified.
We have sold thousands of these DVD players and all our other customers are completely satisified with our product.
It is unfortunate that Michael had not taken the time to discover how to operate the player correctly, then I am confident he would have found the picture to be of the excellent quality it is. (Just read any review to confirm this)
Thanks to all those in this forum who are sensible enough to be shepherds and not sheep by trying one of our DVD players for themselves and not taking second hand information from a belittled former customer of ours...

You must get an Azuda Logix 3000 - It`s fully multi region and you can easily disable the macrovision - It also has Dolby and DTS support, and is a lot higher quality than the other models you mentioned......

Ultravideo don`t sell the Azuda 890 but it`s been superceded by the newer 3000 model..which is basically a development of the previous models..It`s still multi region etc, but now has RGB scart, faster search times, better navigation menus etc....

I know you can disable the macrovision on the Azuda...and the technical dept faxed me info on how to do this...I have copied some DVD`s...some region1 to VHS myself...so know it works..

I can tell you unequivocally that the New Azuda 3000 has an RGB Scart and automatically converts NTSC. The new 3000 model also has faster transport (upto 64x) and 4 slo-mo modes...
