Having worked for Compaq/HP for the past 5 years, I would agree that it would be a good idea to give them the body swerve.
Upgrading options is very limited due to the motherboard.
Stay away from Time also, I know of many complaints related to their service function.

i have a 40gb hard drive. every time i back up a disk i loose some space after deleting the file from my hard drive.
is the cpying of the dvd`s fragmenting my drive?
i take it i would need to the defragment regularly?

for extra long films, i.e. films that are for say 138 mins, e.g. pirates of the caribean, would dvd shrink fit this onto 1 disc?
