RE: Is there a way round the RCE crap?

Have you experienced any problems with R1 discs on your Wharfedale? Mine played Terminator but not Fight CLub (though the same disc works on my friend`s Wharfedale). As I have `High Fidelity` en route as we speak (it`s late don`t you know)and X-Men on order I`d like to know in advance which discs are having problems.

Does anyone know of a web site that deals specifically with which R1 discs are problematic in loading and come up `invlaid region` despite the hack having taken?

Melon farmers of the world unite!

The line was actually, `Flip you, melon farmer`. From Alex Cox`s Repo Man, and yes like you we thought it was the dubbed version but if memory serves it is in the original film. No dub, no edit. So we are left wondering as to what the melon farming community has ever done to Coxy or Emilio.

RE: Fight Club- `Invalid Region`

Is this likely to be the same problem I`m experiencing with Region 1 `Fight Club`? I used the O,1,2,3 hack and tested it using Terminator. All was well. Yet `Fight Club` comes up `invalid region` despite it working on my friend`s DVD player who also has the Wharfedale.

If so is there a way to know in advance which DVDs will play and which will not?

Does anybody know of any problems with `High Fidelity` or foresee any likely problems with the as-yet-unreleased `X-Men`? Both are on there way to my neck of the woods, am anxious to solve this problem before I become Jack`s seething rage.
