Panasonic DMR HS2, How do I copy from Hard drive to DVD-R

Can someone please tell me how to copy from HDD to DVD, as I want to record things, take the ads out and then put them onto DVD-r.

I use the yellow Datarite ones, at £36.50 for 50, they`re pretty cheap and they play back on almost all DVD players and PS2`s, the purple Bulkpaq doesn`t play back on PS2`s and has slightly less compatibilty with standard players. The cheapest place I`ve found to buy them is www.bigpockets.co.uk

The DMR HS2 does not record in widescreen, it does say somewhere in the instruction manual.

I also bought some Macro Master leads from innovations, and found they work brilliantly, haven`t yet had a problem.
