That story on the PS3 chip has been around since the launch of the PS2! I think in this case `could` probably will mean `will` seeing as sony and IBM are in partnership over this and sony aren`t going to pour all this money into the project unless there getting something significant out of it. I think the report uses the word could as sony are being secretive about the PS3 because it is in the very early stages at the moment.
RE: R1 sites that ship from the UK
Its illegal to sell new region 1 disks from locations within the uk because of some stupid ruling so all reputable dealers who sell region 1 dvds ship them from somewhere on the continent, anyone who doesnt is breaking the law and should probably be avoided.
