Hi `ve just bought a bush DVRHS01 which is a video/dvd recorder got it from Argos 533/3332 it`s a substitute for a bush dvd recorder,just wish i could get the macrovision off.

The best way for future reference is to get a non permanent marker pen,and write over the top of the permanent one then wipe off. Wola The offending marks are gone.

argos have the alba dvd45 for £37.95 cat no 533/4049 if ur lucky they`ll have the cinetec as a substitute its made by scneider plays vcd`s and comes with a scart cable.

Blocked phone sim

Is there anyway of unblocking a phone sim after its been blocked by wrong pin and puk code. my kids have blocked mine and i cant type any no`s in

u can`t make a true 1:1 copy as most dvds r on dual layer disks,but pinnacle instant copy 7 lets you copy a dvd by re-encoding the film to fit on a single layer disk.also dvd95copy and dvd2one.

hi m8 i,ve got the sony dru500a easy to install cheapest disks to work are bulkpaq, the purple ones write at 1x while the blue ones write at2x, i paid 12.50 for 25 1x and £17.00 for the 2x from a local comp fair. 4x r expensive about £20.00 for 10. you could get a +RW burn to that then copy it to a -R to make sure it worked i picked them up for £2.50 each.

theres a bulletin that pops up at the till which the assistant should read out saying it has no composite connection or something like that,it also says it doesn`t play vcds but ithink thats regarding the 108,they always cover themselves with things like that. alba dont do a repair sevice so its a replacement or money back if its under 3month

hi i work for argos 108`s seem to be in short supply we`ve been using 114`s and had a few 109`s got some 108xi`s in 2day don`t know if they`re different to the old 108`s the cat no is 533/2247. there is a bulletin on the screen saying it wont play vcds .

I had a parcel stopped by customs,it had been opened with an inspected sticker on but they delivered it with none seized, i think they let them passed now as long as theres no dodgy stuff on them like under age kids.
