An excellent thriller with a great performance by Freeman.
The video transfer is good. While there are no compression signs, several scratches and dust particles can be noticed every once in a while, which is a bit surprising considering this IS a movie from 2001. With the exception of the rendered-on-PC opening shot, all the visuals are very nice.
The DD 5.1 soundtrack is very good. The surrounds are beautifully used (though not too excessively). The shooting scenes towards the movie`s grand finale are quite outstanding (I actually had to look back to see if the bullets really hit my surrounds).
The menus are animated with sound.
The extras include a decent behind the scenes look.
Bottom line - a great performance by Freeman, who acts to a very good script make this movie an easy recommendation.

An OK thriller - nothing more, nothing less. This is basically made watchable by the inclusion of Morgan Freeman ,who I always find engrossing. Video and Audio are good, but once again we have been let down by the lack of special features. There's a trailer and a 10 minute behind the scenes featurette that's far too short, and really not that good. The menus are animated and well designed though!

Overall, worth a rent - but probably not one to buy.
