There's only two more episodes to go Gareth. :(

SPOILER:
So they probably have to kill off our favourite characters this quick to get them all in.

One more to go. :(

SPOILER:
The young Enoch and Gillian Darmody (the moment she spoke I knew it who it was) have really captured their older counterparts amazingly.

Mickey Doyle got a fitting short end, fitting for the worm he was.

Really hoping Enoch doesn't lay down so easily in the final episode!

There is some speculation that... (potential spoilers ahoy!)

SPOILER:
The mysterious kid that Mickey hired and is now working at Babette's (and who is getting very close to Nucky), is actually Tommy Darmody all grown up.

A lot of people are saying it's not true or possibly just misdirection, but the way they are tying up the story by bringing Gillian full circle does suggest it might be true. Who knows what this would mean for the man who killed his father ;)

The actor looks very much like how I would imagine Michael Pitt and Aleksa Palladino's child might look. The casting director seems to have an incredible eye for detail, given how much the young Nucky and Commodore resemble their older counterparts.

But whatever happens, this will go down in history as one of the finest examples of TV ever made!

Just saw the finale...

SPOILER:
Quite a gentle pace to it, I like how it tied Nucky's history up so nicely, all down to that one decision which we knew he had made since season 1 I think? Looks like those rumours were half right!

He must have had an idea he was going to die, if he gave all that money to his brother. I guess the rest his wife would inherit.

Always difficult to end a series as good as this, which is loosely based on fact. He couldn't exactly go and kill a load of mob bosses, since their history is too well known.

So many great characters, glad the nasty doctor bloke got it though!

It felt understated and yet incredibly powerful at the same time. I can't imagine how they could have written a better ending.

I still would have given anything to have seen a flashback or something with Rothstein. He was my favourite character :'(
