Yes, McKeith is a c**t of such magnitude that she requires an entire chapter of ridicule.

Didn`t know about the missing chapter. I notice that my late re-print does have it though.

I`d never heard of Ben Goodacre till i watched the video RJS posted the read his article on the recent contraceptive implant headlines. I love seeing statitics ****ed all over like that and hadn`t read anything similar since i read Derren Browns Trick of the Mind.

Oh my, a related video from a Canadian TV show. I know that the mother in it, who is using homoeopathy instead of vaccines to protect her children from polio, just wants the best for her child, but I just can`t help but think MY GOD WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING.

Sometimes I just wish Nestle would go into the homoeopathy business just to prove the point.

Really worthwhile 30 minute interview with Ben Goldacre on Absolute Radio, which includes a very interesting section on why sometimes doing nothing is better than doing something...

He also talks about ebola!

And the very last bit is a bit depressing, and considering we've been watching Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister recently all the way through, quite an eye opener.
