Why? seriously. apart from this possibly being a breach of the data protection act, I`ve got no interest whatsoever in any of these people. I hold little interest in a person`s political views, even less this bunch of morons.

searched through it by my town`s name, found one where i know the family name and one where i actually went to school with the guy (few years older then me), they also have his current address and mobile number! :o

i feel sorry for the people who have similar names in those locations where full address`s are not listed

Playing Devil`s Advocate (and irritated that I have to include a disclaimer that I in no way approve of or condone the policies and beliefs of the BNP), I have to point out that they are a "legitimate" political party and entitled to air their views no matter how distasteful to others.

It worries me that the anti-BNP crowd (who are presumably the source of this leaked document) are stooping to the kinds of intolerant behaviour one would expect from the neo-Nazis themselves. Protesting outside their conference is one thing, but putting the party membership details out into the open like that stinks of a witch-hunt and is as potentially dangerous as that half-witted campaign a couple of newspapers ran against paedos and a number of innocent people got bricks through their windows.

On the other hand, I wonder what kind of knuckle-dragger subscribes to an organisation most sensible people would want to keep their affiliations with on the QT.

BNP members did a similar thing publishing details of Anti-Nazi League members. While I hope nobody gets hurt, turnabout is fair play.

Out of interest, at what point do the Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information Act clash?

Surely to abide by one, you are breaching the other? Oh, my head hurts... :/
