Page 1 of URGENT--EBAY ACCOUNT HACKED, HELP NEEDED ASAP....ROOFIE ?

As it says above, i just got an email from ebay saying my wifes email addy has been changed, obviously i never trust emails, BUT after checking the properties of the said email it seems legit, tho i still did not respond via the email, i tried to log into the wifes account (she`s in hospital at the moment) & the password HAS been changed, i`m trying to report it but i seem to be going around in circles, can somebody give me a direct link to the proper ebay department ?

& asked them to suspend all activity on the account, but 24/48hrs is a p*** poor response time :( anything can happen. & she has auctions finishing now.

ntl, which has not been compromised, i hold the master addy the wife has a secondary address attached to my ntl acount.

Fair enough. I know of a lot of people who have less safe accounts who got hacked through them.
