Mine is needles and spiders. I can`t even watch someone getting an injection on TV.

The sea. Don`t mind boats etc, but won`t go swimming / surfing in it etc. Too many people get sweped away (seems like sadly this year there was a story a week about people drowning at the seaside :( )

Everytime I see one even on telly my skin crawls.

I blame my mum as she used to scream the house down & scare the life out of us !!!

Spiders and heights, although neither are that bad. I`m only scared of relatively big house spiders and I`m a lot better with heights than I used to be :)

Mine is when people are walking behind me I stare out of the corner of my eye and they seem very close but in fact are about 5yrds away. I also have a fear heights....well it`s not heights it`s the fear of falling off high things like tall buildings or cliffs and stuff like that!

I`m scared of the dark...particularly if i`m on my own! :¦

Yep, spiders here as well. Yeuch. Also, balloons - can`t blow the things up for fear of them bursting, and hate being near them. Weird.

that`s not a phobia.. it`s paranoia .. stay off the cowies and wobblies
