How can that Bastard Blair sleep in his bed tonight? The only reason our troops are in Iraq is because that bastard lapdog does what Bush tells him.

I tell you, next year boot labour out of government. I am f***ing raging at the loss of UK troops. Sent to a war on the lies of a Prick Minister.

Back me up on this guys. >:(

Totally agree. It seems still, as it was in `91. America sneezes, England rushes forward cowering with a box of tissues..

Sending them meant Bush didn`t have to send more US troops just before the election. Handy for him to have a mate like Blair.

What you mean like in the Second World War? And are you saying that we shouldn`t have got involved in `91?

What happened in `91 was totally different - Iraq had invaded a neighbouring country, and had ignored a resulotion from the UN that it had to pull out by Jan 15th or face military force to remove it. The UK formed part of this military force.

This time there was no UN resolution stating a deadline or that military force would be used (for kicking out weapon inspectors). George Bush decided to go to war to finish what his father had started and did so by misleading the more `intellegence lacking` americans to beleive that Iraq and Saddam had something to do with 9/11 (of which there is proof he didn`t) and then try to convince those who knew he was talking crap (including us Brits) that the reason was that he had WMDs that could be fired in 45 minutes and hit targets such as Israel. Again complete crap.

This was a personal vendetta of the Bush Family, and an attempt to gain control of an oil supply in the middle east - the simple fact is the only way this could be acheived was by attacking the `sitting duck` of the middle east oil suppliers, a country ravaged by years of being in isolation and unable to fight back, until now - when it is down to one-on-one on the streets of Iraq, they have as good a chance as the greatest military force.

These poor british soldiers have died for nothing. Can it be said that they were fighting for their country? No - they are fighting for the Bush family pure and simple. >:(

I`m guessing that Blair and Hoon were `otherwise engaged` today and sent that Defence Minister in their place :/ I`d hate to think they were so cowardly they couldn`t be bothered to tell the country themselves.

If this doesn`t finish Blair and his corrupt lot then I will lose all faith in this country`s electorate.......the little that I have left that is :(

Let me just say that the Black Watch `soldiers` in an interview just a couple of weeks ago were `chomping at the bit` to head for Baghdad and a bit of action! What were they expecting...a snowball fight?

Yes Blair is Bush`s lapdog and Hoon is a total twat but who the feck do you intend to govern this country? Give me an alternative and I`ll go along with you. Monster Raving Looney Party? That`ll be the Tories then!!

"They`ll be back for Christmas" At least three of them wont be back....ever. :(

But let`s look on the bright side....in January, elections will take place in Iraq and this will bring instant democracy the following day!!

I know 2 people who should be fecking dead and their surnames both begin with a B!! But that`s just my opinion.
