Fantastic Four! Mens sprint relay shock!

:D Bloomin` brilliant! :D

4 x 100M mens team, what a fantastic result. The best bit of shouting at the TV since Kelly Holmes! :D

Come on Amir Khan tomorrow, he has to beat the favourite, but the fantastic four did it today! I like Michael Johnson, but he had to endure a lot of British favouritism tonight (and why not) :D after we spanked the yanks for a change! :D

I know Michael Johnson isn`t on Darren Campell`s christmas card list anymore but I wish he`d get over it. The vast majority of the British public disagree with Johnson`s comments and would prefer not to see a `sulky` Campell being `anti-press` in subsequent interviews. Moan over! Well done to the mighty foursome (sixsome I know!!).

I think the sweatest part of this win, must have been the 1/100ths of a second in it. :)

Great suprise though, especially as we have a history of bad changes.

You have to admit though Campbell did bulls*** about pulling a hammy when he lost, which was a blatent lie. How the hell could he have been in the sprint relay team if he pulled a hamstring. Michael Johnson was p***ed of with the fact that he did not admit he had a bad one, but blamed it on a so-called reoccurring hamstring problem.

I agree with you. He actually claimed to have a tear in his hamstring!! Well, it sure healed quickly for him to run like that - all said though, I forgive him! ;)

i missed the race live, but saw the closing bit several times on the news, but i havent seen the whole race. i have tried on the beeb website but can only find the after race interviews. anyone know where i can see it, have i just missed it on the bbc website. the race only lasted 40odd seconds so i would have thought it would be online, especially as we won gold.
i have just seen it on the bbc site. great race.
