It`s says in my Mico DVD player manual about 12cm/8cm DVD`s?
Are there any 8cm/3in DVD`s?
I have some 3in CD singles from the 80`s (can you still get them?)
If they did a dual layer, double sided 3in DVD could they not get a film on it? That would be great!
Anyone got any info?

Doesnt Nintendo`s upcoming new console, the Gamecube use reduced size DVD discs? I am not sure what size they are but they are cute anyway. Sigh.........

Gamecube uses a custom designed disc that is meant to be unplayable/unreadable by other drives,
8cm discs do exist (a few in the US, mainly used for promo stuff)
An 8cm dual layer discs has a approx capacity of 2.48GB (about an hour and a quarter runtime)
