Exchange rate makes them attractive as well.

Customs could be a problem though if they "total up" the cost of two films.

Yeah, that can be a slight hassle but you can claim back the Vat and Royal Mail handling charge easily enough (took me about two weeks when it happened with another US retailer that had put the wrong value on the customs label).

Well, I did once receive a replacement for a `faulty` boxset from Amazon US, and it was labelled $0.

They don`t stick their head in the sand when it comes to customs (see their pre-pay on priority shipping), so I`d imagine they`d declare them appropriately.

EDIT: and if the e-mail I just got promoting their new currency converter is a yardstick, they`re clearly aware of the importance of keeping their intl. customers happy.
