Yeah I ordered one and they accepted the order but today sent another email saying they had made a mistake and they were cancelling it. I had also ordered some books and stuff to qualify me for free delivery and they had the nerve to charge for normal postage as my order no longer totalled £15 despite the mistake being theirs. Swiftly cancelled whole order and won`t be dealing with this company again!!!! >:(

I`ve heard that Amazon use a robot to search for the cheapest prices of goods they carry compared to their retailers, and then lower their own price to beat or match it.

Obviously, if this is true, it went a bit wrong there!

Thank god for the lack of human intervention! :)

Anjali, you knew it was a mistake and tried it on and failed. Why so angry? You say Quote:

Have they lost out? Have you ever bought from them before or do you only buy from them if they have made a mistake?

This is hilarious, it`s a shame you cancelled your order in time.

Not that angry but I do think that they shouldn`t charge for postage on rest of order. After all it was their mistake and if people hadn`t gone mad and ordered 15 micros at one time it may not have got noticed. I just think that they should not have charged postage on the rest of the order as the mistake was theirs and not mine. Whatever happened to customer service?????? It doesn`t matter if I knew it was a mistake I ordered at the price they advertised....... ;)
