Been meaning to get one of these for a while to convert our old PS1 (the boy now has a PS2) to `In Car` use. Getting the official Sony product at this price is a real bonus.
A bit more info - the offer is available in store (worth ringing first to check). We got one from Tottenham Comet , priced up at £79.95 , but £19.95 on the till , so don`t be put off.
Also , if anyone is interested , Game have a PS1 package (in store) with the console , screen and any two £9.99 games for £79.99 (though if you can get one of the monitors from Comet , it may work out better / cheaper to make up your own package).

Just used the monitor on my PS1 and picture is really good , sound is pretty good (not too high on the volume) , better through headphones.

Note , this monitor comes with a mains adaptor but does not come with an In Car Adaptor - so does anyone know where I can get one of these cheap ? :)

There is a socket to plug in an external AV source (such as a camcorder) but I doubt that it would work without the monitor being connected to the PS1 as that seems to provide the power

Ah well it was worth a try. Fancied making myself one of those fold down TVs for the kitchen. :D

If you were to fold down the kitchen tv idea, Would it or would it not be upside down ? :/

Ah, to counter that I would install it the other way up (I`m clever like that! :D )
