nothing comes up on the screen,just be sure to point the remote right at the dvd,i know it sounds daft but a few people i know have the same machine and couldnt do the hack,but did it again and it worked.

this machine will play a frisbee if you put it in,it plays both dvd-r and dvd+r.i`ve never had it spit a disc out yet and i`ve got all kinds of discs.

yep i`ve had a macro scart and i found it to be rubbish (sound distortion) and a prob with the pic.get a video stabiliser from keane electronics £39.99 they are the biz,a proper copy box,not just a powered scart lead,say no more.product code vp260.

the version i got was made by datavideo and they are called video stabilisers.they are about £50 but they are brill.they remove macro and other copyright protection and you can even copy box office films and other events from sky (when you pay for them ).i`ll check out the site and see if i can find them and post another note.
i`ve just checked and it`s under av distribution then video processors and it`s the 2nd one down its calleda video stabiliser (vp 260) £39.99.thats £15 less than i paid for the same thing.

don`t get a macromaster lead they are rubbish ,spend a bit more and get a video copy box from keene electronics,they have a website they are miles better.had one for 2 years without any problems.

hi,i saw a crown cdv 661 in sainsburys and just wondered if it was any good,ie: can you multi region hack it and can you disable macro on it.the machine has been out a while and i was wondering if the model had changed recently as i know there was a hack a bit back.anyone know anything about it ?.

I`ve said it once and i`ll say it again MACMASTERS ARE CRAP,doesn`t anyone listen ?.get a copybox from keene electronics at abt £55 they are a bit more expensive but they are spot on.or try maplins in newcastle for a similar product

New danzai 1010,cheap nasty horrible rubbish

i got a 1010 on tuesday and it`s going back today,the front facia underneath the drawer was falling off and when i tried to eject my 1st disc the whole thing died no me locking the disc inside,and nothing could get the damn thing started again.so my advice is leave well alone,i know it was only £85 but it should last longer than 20 mins.
