Blu-ray hacks are very less common than the average DVD hack, but have a look at this web site

I`m looking for a multi-region DVD (not Blu-ray) hack. Ive looked at similar ones but this unit does not have a `repeat` button on the remote.
Any ideas?

Samsung BD-C8200

I`m looking for a multi-region hack for the DVD and hopefully the BD as well.

NB: the RC does not have a `Repeat` button.

This model has a DVB-C tuner and has a MP4 Video decoder.

Would any one know how to get into the service menu/mode?

Is it possible to download the tv tuning file from this unit.
On the Samsung TV`s the file is called - channel_list_xxxxxxx_1001.scm

This file can normally be edited.

The menus appear as below but the hack does not work using either number 2812 or 12450.

It`s assumed there are no hacks for this player which is untrue. :)

When i asked a retailer about buying one (open) he produced a remote to hack it.
I didn`t see the remote not the code used. :(

LG RHT397H wanted multi region code

Piece of advise rather than have title `wanted multi region hack` just put the make and model and then in the message write that you need a hack.

You could try other LG hacks
e.g.
RHT497
1. Hack is the same as model LG RHT297H
2. Switch the player on
3. When ON hold down CLEAR on remote and PROG Down on the front panel for 6 seconds
4. A list of codes appear
5. Change OP6 from aa to 8e
6. Press Enter and then menu/list on your remote
7. Your player will reboot
