DVDcrave SIMPLY THE BEST

dicanio (Elite) posted this on Wednesday, 10th October 2001, 14:20

I have used them thrice before and they had great customer service
My latest Order of
Snow White 2 discs
Mummy Returns 2 discs
Mission To Mars
was shipped today. They were $100.79 (£35)
Damn me for not telling them to charge my card when the xchange rate was over $3 to £1. It was now $2.89 so thats probably about a £1 for my stupidity, i kept on thinking it would go up. lol . still £35 for 3 dvds(11.67 each) is bloody great. All in nice packaging and delivered to my door. I have never had any problems with these top rate retailers. I rate them the best in the world. I still have Superman, Star Wars ep 1 and the buffy season 3 on order from them. Of course these are all "gifts".

they have an offer whereby u can get any 2 of a few selected BV titles like face/off starship troopers the rock sixth sense for $50 +$10 p+p=£60 -9%gst= who knows but its quite cheap.

Yeah some titles do come to aus later than the UK cos i know starship troopers re issue has been out for sometime. But it works both ways, the have the mummy returns and loads of other discs before us.

Bond dvds are cheap there as well. Yeah they are as quick as ezy usually 4-5 days. Remember in the comments to tell them that its a gift and dont order more than £36 worth of gear at a time

I have been ordering from crave for about 10 months now and have found their prices and customer services second to none.I have ordered multiple discs and box sets and have never been stung by customs.

Curently you can buy 2 bond special edtions for £15- compare the difference between the r2 bond releases and the r4 bond releases.

Cant say enough good things about this company -i have told everyone i know about this place and no-one has ever had a single complaint.

Am I the only one to have problems with these guys? I ordered 2 dvds over 2 weeks ago, and haven`t heard a thing. When I e-mailed them they asked for all the details so they could track the order. I did so and haven`t heard back. That was ages ago. Very disappointed.

go on thier site at about 1 am or something and click the live chat link and u will be able to chat to someone online. It depends on what u ordered. If things are rare/out of stock, they sometimes happens. I initially ordered poohs grand adventure from them (for my lil bro) together with snow white and the mummy 2. About 1 week b4 the release date, i checked the site to see that they still hadnt got the pooh disc in stock and i needed the mummy 2 as quickly as possible so i wrote to them telling them that i wanted to change the order to replace it with something of the same value (mission 2 mars) and they changed it no probs

Got an e-mail today to say they couldn`t get one title, so I asked to cancel the order. Do they take money before shipment?
