Where to buy PC components?

CAH (Competent) posted this on Sunday, 19th March 2006, 13:21

My ebuyer external enclosure housing one of my CD-RW drives just died. I checked on ebuyer and the same one (SUSB2-525ACF) is out of stock. Other than ebuyer and svp where else offer componants (and i`m probably going to get another drive and some blanks aswell) on the net at reasonable prices with competitive service?

Any help would be appreciated,
Chris

Hi

Try
www.bigpockets.co.uk or www.starmount.co.uk or maplins or
www.morgancomputers.co.uk.

I had a maplin external and it failed after 18 months but the replacement from starmount is found everytime by the computer unlike the maplin i had.So for me the starmount is first option which you can get sometimes at i think bigpockets but not all the versions like firewire and usb2 in the one case so it depends which is best for you and the cheapest to buy when including p and p.

bye
