Dodger :)

Have a wee swatch at http://www.videohelp.com
Go to the Tools section and you can search for tools to do just such a thing.
Narrow the search criteria by selecting from a drop down menu for MPEG to DVD and it will show the relevant tools.

BTW add videohelp to your favourites as you will be amazed at how often that site can provide cures for all ills, apart from obesity and baldness :D

Use TMPGENC to create the DVD file - create seperate video and audio
Use IFOEDIT to create the DVD and use the video and audio files in the approprate fields.

or

Get an all in one package like NeroVision.

Your MPEG`s need to DVD compliant, so you need to check that they are before trying to author.

If they are, the best/easiest program is TMPGEnc DVD Author -it even allows some basic editing too, and lets you get creative on menu creation

simple and ive posted this before....use svcd to dvd it takes the mpgs and uses all the tools above automatically...all you have to is load the mpgs and choose a destination folder. It will then author your dvd and create the video_ts files needed to burb with nero have a look at the screen shots on thier site......its easy stuff after you have done one.
