Page 1 of Dialup using a mobile & laptop??? Sugestions/advice required

Moving to a new property, and will not have a fixed phone line; so what is the best(ie cheapest) way to dialup so that I can check my mail, banking etc?

Just got one of the O2 300 free WAP minutes cards, but not sure if it can be done with this? Will I need an ISP? a payg one would be good

Any info much appreciated!

I am still on Orange Everyday 50, so I use my direct line dial-up into London (Claranet) using a 6310i connnected via Bluetooth to my Tungsten T, during my 50 mins free per day as & when I need info while away from home.
