Page 1 of Iv found another hack for Tecknika DVD 108

I thought i had one of the Technika DVD 108
that could not be made multi Region
Untill I used 2 Different hacks together

Open Disk Tray
Press "Setup" on the handset
Right button 3 times
cursor down to parental
Type 49540

A box will appear letting you know the current region
setting. Scroll up or down with arrow keys on the handset
to make the setting Region 0, then press play.
Your DVD player is now multi-region.
