Page 1 of Need help with region hack for PIONEER DVD 535 !!!!

i just got a brand new Pioneer DVD 535 player and it only plays region 4.
i have alot of region 1 movies that i watch on my dvd-rom on my computer. I want to play those movies on my Pioneer DVD player.
The question is " How can I change the regions on my Pioneer DVD 535, so i can watch movies from other regions ? "

I have the Pioneer 530 which is identical except that it is silver and has no optical out cable.

No remote hacks exist and it needs to be upgraded professionally.

Unless you know what you are doing with as soldering iron.

I bought mine from www.techtronics.com for £198 including delivery, the player came multiregion enabled and macrovision disabled.
