Well keeping Charlton in the Premiership is an achievement!

I think he`ll be heading to the North East ;)

He`s left about 3 seasons too late in my opinion. If he`d have gone somewhere else and shown a bit of ambition, he could be a realistic candidate for the England job. There`s still time for him though, but there`s no way that he`ll get the job this time round.
