"Royal" Wedding - Official Thread

What a mess. Now they have to get married in a registery (registry?) office as they don`t want us"commoners" being allowed to marry in Windsor Castle. Next they find Royalty is not allowed to marry in a registery (registry?). Anyway, the Queen and Chas think it is too demeaning to get married where "commoners" do. The Nazi Chav son is rumoured to be boycotting the "big day".
What a mess.
Get rid of them, I say.

It`s register office - I know everyone says `registry office` but it`s inaccurate.

I live in Windsor and I am slighlty peeved that all our council tax money has to geot towards the secuirty around the wedding. If they want to get married then they should shell out for these costs. When I got married nobody paid for my secuirty. I know there is the argument that all the businesses will do very well over that period but how will that benefit me unless they start giving discount to residents.

Another thing is I am not looking forward to trying to get to work or in to town on that day as it will be manic.

Pretty selfish of them really.

Cheer up, better than your tax money being used to house scroungers and/or illegal immigrants, not likely in Windsor I guess :)

If its to be held in Windsor, why not use Lego land ?

Cause royalty in the 21 Century is just as artificial as the plastic bricks.

Get shot of all these royal gits and send them to a country that wants such an antiquated idea :D
