I won`t be watching it, I feel that in light of how the BBC and the Murdoch corporation, have covered recent events such as the Dr Kelly scandal, the WMD, the Iraq war, etc. It`s hard to take any form of documentary made by either companies seriously anymore, because you don`t know whether it`s fact, or fiction.

Obviously it`s going to be a biased report, and the chairman will be wasting his time going on newsnight defending the BNP, because nobody will be watching it, because they`d of all gone to bed or switched over for some light entertainment, and the BBC knows this.

I know the BNP are racist, and xenophobic, but I want to see an un-biased report in to why they feel that way, and interview the general public into why they voted for the BNP.

Because they are an elected party, we the general public have voted for these people, whether we like it, or not.

All they're going to interview or secretly interview, is yobs, hooligans, and ex-convicts, they're not going to interview level headed everyday person, who has voted and supports the BNP, but doesn't attend to any meetings, or rallies.

They're the people they should be interviewing, your next-door neighbor might agree with them, I bet there are a few people on here who agrees with them, and thinks they're right.

Do we get to hear they're views? Do we get to understand why they're so much hatred in this country? No we won't, because it's all media propaganda, and they can shove any documentary and news coverage right up their arse, because as John Lennon once said, 'Gimmie some truth'!

Wouldn`t be much of a program if they hadn`t :) , though the goverment`s unbelievable immigration policies can only encourage a rise in support for these extremists.

I think the point of the undercover reporting in this is that the BNP claim they are not racist anymore, or that they have violent members, and are now a responsible democratic party.

(Okay I know that last bit about being responsible and a democratic party is a bit meaningless these days what with the Iraq war and all that, but hay... :))

They showed clips of it on Newnight last night. It`s not just the people you mention who are featured, but senior members of the party`s leadership, including Nick Griffin. They showed themselves up as the sick, poisoned f**ks that they are.

Good speech Floyd, I totally agree with you.

No one is attempting to defend the real thugs and bigots, but there must be areason for why some people have voted for the BNP. That`s the real issue that should be debated, not the headline grabbing, overdone story of ignorant racists. We all know they exist in society, we don`t need to hear it again.

Just my view,

Neil.

The BNP`s success is based on fanning the flames. Where there are signs of race-related problems, they`ll go in and aggravate them. Where there are signs of people buying into prejudice and intolerance, the BNP will prey on their fears and ignorance. Watch the programme tonight, a BNP activist effectively admits all this.

Well said Floyd.

I won`t watch as it will no doubt be another BBC instance of `tabloid` jouralism, sensationalism and leading questions (we don`t hear).

As the BNP, whom I detest and have no respect for as a `political party`, have to my knowledge no members declaring war on Britain and supporting the killing of our soldiers....did I miss the `inside` report from the Finsbury Park mosque? :/

Hello Sput,

I think every political party fans the flames don`t they? be it education, the health service or tax, parties exaggerate scenarios, you can`t have a pop at the BNP for that, they are just defending/raising their agenda/manifesto.

We can genuinely have a pop at the BNP though for their `policies`, unfortunately the `actor` from the BBC (yes, I watched it) was a pathetic, arrogant, conceited journalist, clearly focussing on his career rather than the story. I personally don`t think this programme will achieve anything.

Just my view,

Neil.
