Page 1 of help!...ideas....ideas....

Well it`s nearly that poxy time of year again. Valentines day. Which is always difficult for an unimaginative git like myself and I`m sure others, so I thought I`d consult the wealth of knowledge on this forum to get a thread of nice original ideas going to help myself and others in the same turgid boat :).
I need some kind of idea for a girl I`ve only been seeing a couple of months so nothing too lovey dovey. Money aint too big a concern though I don`t want to spunk too much.
Any ideas or comments would be hugely appreciated guys.

take her out and get p***ed...that shows true love, especially if you buy a couple of the drinks as well...and if one of those dodgy rose sellers is in the pub at the time then even better :-).

You could always try something "new"... if you get my drift ;-)

You have, after all, being seeing her for a few months.

A pile of ironing, a stack of washing up, a full fridge of raw food and a warm oven, all lovingly tied up with a bow.

And get me a beer from the mini fridge as well, while you`re at it :-)

A definite DON`T imho - don`t take her out for a meal and sit in a restaurant looking embarrassed like all the other poor sods in there who are invariably being ripped off with the special valentines menu and suffering shoddy service from the under staffed restaurant. Save your shame and cook something instead.
