Page 1 of Tesco`s Make Another Blunder !

Tesco`s have gone & done it again. Following the Stargate `directors cut` for £7.99 cock up they have just gone & made a bigger one. I have just bought Raging Bull special edition & A Fish Called Wanda for the bargain price of £9.99. They are running a buy a `Special Edition` disc, Raging Bull, Terminator, Platoon, This Is Spinal Tap, & a few others then choose a claimed `hot` DVD free !! Yep Free. Hot DVD`s are A FCW , Summer Of Sam, and many more. I price checked the Raging Bull disc & hey presto £9.99 with A Fish Called Wanda coming up at £15.99 but free as part of the `Hot` Offer. I`m not too sure about the other SE`s as I was so exited I didn`t want to wait around to price check them. Happy Shopping Folks.

Just checked out the DVD home page and found no mention of this offer. How do you find it?

Any branch? I live in Hatfield, though never found good DVD deal in Tesco or Asda, Hatfield. :(

Bloody hell! It`s 23.00 hrs and i`ve just got back from picking up milk etc. from Tesco`s Neath, and my son and I were looking at this offer, but as they hadn`t bothered to put a price on anything I just thought it wouldn`t be a good deal! Will try there tomorrow morning after dropping my boy at school.

Same deal in Safeway. i.e MGM Buy one get one free. I paid £16.99 for Silence of the Lambs SE + Antitrust.

I went in and had a look today, nothing I fancied really, but I did see The Matrix and Matrix Revisited Collectors box set for £20 and got that. Tesco also had The Matrix on its own for £16.99, and Asda has Revisited for £12.99, so I thought £20 for both wasn`t bad.

Went to Tesco and Asda Hatfield to day, absolutely nothing worth to buy.

Went to Tescos Milton Keynes 2nite, no mention of any of these deals anywhere! All the dvds there were the usual price, with no stickers or signs pointing to a promotion. Has anyone else found this?
