Why can't I withdraw my funds?
As stated at registration, the Customer Service Team have reviewed your registration details and we are unable to match your Name and Address against public records.
Due to changing legislation and our stringent internal controls, we must verify your name and address against the Electoral Roll and if unable to do so we must obtain written proof of identification before allowing a withdrawal of funds.
This means if you have deposited any funds or gained winnings you will not be able to withdraw the money until we have received identification from you.
We understand that this may cause you some inconvenience but would like to assure you that this only has to be done once and is necessary in complying with changing regulations.
What do I need to send?
The identification can be faxed, posted or scanned through to the Customer Service Team here at Rank.com and must be in the form of:
A copy of your Passport or Drivers Licence
And
A Credit Card / Bank Statement for the Credit / Debit Card you have registered with us.
How can I send Rank my identification?

If you choose to photocopy your ID then post it, the address is free so no stamp is needed!
