Love the Snowden-esque storyline.

Probably talking to myself here, but anyway, only two more episodes to go. :( Short 6 episode final season. :/

Yup, it's great as always! It's a real shame that Sorkin got burned out writing this. How the hell he ever managed 22 episodes of The West Wing every year I'll never know.

Nice finale, glad it didn't remotely end how I thought it would...

SPOILER:
Which was them all quitting their jobs rather than be turned into rubbish cheap news!

Trying to find out why it was a short last season and why it was ending, then stumbled across this in The Guardian, a place I thought would love the way the series slags off American news broadcasting in general for dumbing things down:

Wow this guy really hates the programme, and everything it stands for.

That reviewer sounds like a complete muppet with more interest in playing gender politics than actually reviewing the show. But then, that's pretty much to be expected from the Guardian these days. There was a similarly poor reaction to episode 5 last week, due to the way Sorkin supposedly "bungled" the university rape story.

I thought the finale was fine, although the conclusion to Neal's arc was a bit of an anticlimax.

I'll miss this show :(
