£20 to watch a premiership game.

£20 a pop, for away tickets to watch Tottenham play Blackburn on Sat.
Flippin bargain. 8)
Makes SPL prices look like the farce they are.
An easy 3.5 hour drive from Aberdeen too, home in time to watch it again on match of the day.
My point?
I don`t really have one.
I`m just celebrating the fact that I can watch Berbatov for the same money as Darren Mackie. :D

Blackburn are one of the sides who at the start of the year dropped (i think, at worst didnt increase) their season ticket prices.
I said at the time, if I didnt play golf every saturday and fancied some premiership footy then I`d have paid for one and driven to lancashire for most games as it was quite cheap (espeically comparitively) so I am not surprised

I actually had a guess when I saw the thread that it would be blackburn or wigan who you referred to

I often pay well over the odds, even for away games.
I only phoned the Tottenham ticket on the off-chance, I certainly didn`t expect to get any.
Chatting to the girl in the ticket office, I`ll give them a ring for any northern games from now on, she says I`ll stand a good chance for Bolton, `brough, Blackburn.

Well i`m guessing they`ll be seen as "unattractive" due to travelling up there and the perceived "standard" of the games they`ll get

It costs me £7 to go and see Thatcham Town play...and that`s a worse standard than even Bolton. :)

It`s the London mentality.
Anything north of the Watford gap, etc.etc.
Still, their loss is my gain!
It wasn`t a classic game, by any stretch of the imagination, but it was still miles more entertaining than any Aberdeen game I`ve been to in years... :D

Indeed it does Bowfer mate. £21 for an adult ticket for tonights game against us Bairns. Worth it if we manage a draw and get top six but far too much for the standard of football we see.

I love my Falkirk Bairns but that does not blind me to the fact that overall the football is dire, other than that delivered by both the Dons and the Bairns :D :D

Come on ye bairns, create a wee bit of history for us and get the top six spot :D

Hard lines lads, as Yogi said "That`s football".

Just a pity we did not take the chances we had early doors, Carl should have done better but hey, still a great lad to have in the team as are Barrat, Barr,Arfield and many more.

Yogi has worked wonders, as have Chipper, Eddie May and Wee Latapy in the same time scale in getting us established, hopefully :) , as a S.P.L. team.
Anywhoo Bowfer, best of luck in the semi-final and final if you get there mate :)

It`ll be because our season is over, not everyone can justify going that far up north for what is effectively a friendly.
