Movietyme...

I just wanted to start a thread to say how good their service is. Not only do they ship earlier than most other places, they have a great after sales service. This is mainly due to their forum and you can have a query or problem answered/fixed in a matter of hours. They also tell you every step of your order, like when it ships from America and when it hits the UK mail system. Some of their prices on older titles is very good as well, especially R3 DVDs.

I will continue to use Movietyme for my R1 DVDs (which to be fair isn`t that much to be honest, being a PAL man and all ;) ) but as long as the BBFC is around butchering films, then R1 it will be. Although PlayUSA are also good ;)

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, no matter how wrong it is ;-)

yes, only if your order stuff is in stock. I placed an order for over 2 weeks, nothing happened, so I had to cancel it. but couldn`t get refund. they only gave me some credit for next order, which I didn`t notice on their terms and conditions. most other etailers gave refund if order cancelled.

I placed another order for over a week now, still nothing happened yet. I guess I have to find another dvd which is in stock. but I just can`t tell which one is in stock. not like other websites, movietyme doesn`t show if it`s in stock or not.

just hope they post out the stuff quickly, I will not place another order again. :p

I`ve had no problems with MovieTyme and am very pleased with them, I only had one problem recently where I thought a DVD I ordered had taken a little too long to dispatch. Sent an e-mail and got a fast and polite reply saying my DVD will be sent out that day.

Very good service IMO!
