Page 1 of Podcast downloads

As Auntie in her wisdom seems more and more to just allow the iplayer option for radio shows could someone remind me of a program recommended on here for downloading these to be used as podcasts.
I think it was called Audio Downloader but that brings up loads of options via Google.

Maybe add it to the Useful free stuff sticky when it`s found.
