PDF files, help please

Basically all the Revenue forms that we as accounts need now have had the PDF format changed and you are unable to print the blank forms and fill them in manually.

This is causing me a massive pain in the arse, because we don`t have all the info so can`t complete every box.

BUT if we tell a client they need to go on the Revenue`s website they more than likely will not bother!

Is there was around this, for example this an example link

http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/pdfs/ca5601.pdf

I can`t complete the bank details as that is a section the client would complete in normal circumstances, but I can`t print without those details

Any ideas?  (Tried saving the pdf file and trying to print from the saved one, but it wouldn`t allow me)

Mine won`t let me print, gives the warning I`m not allowed to.

You using Adobe or an alternative program?

If it is adobe is it an older version?

(I`ve used Firefox and IE for opening the link and it`s Adobe that`s causing the cancellation).

Bugger, tried that as thinking it may get around it and it says

"Please wait

Jesus christ, I`m going to have to ring the Revenue and ask them for 100`s of blank versions of all forms now, so much for saving paper and all that
