does anyone know where and how i can get hold of a copy of windows xp home edtion if you do please can you let me know as i cant find it anywhere

Have a look at www.ebuyer.com on the home page its £57.49 i think. [ you may be required to buy a power supply or simular to meet the microsoft licence of the ome version.]

thats the oem version but you don`t need to buy any hardware with it. If you replace your pc or upgrade something significant like the motherboard you may have to replace it though as the oem certificate number is one use only as its meant for original equipment manufacturers who are installing it once and selling the cd to be used with that specific machine
