I have just left freeserve broadband after my contract finished. They admited owing me money after a mix up but after 12months (and too many phone calls)of not getting it back I said sod off...............

Moved to Telewest and got the same 512 speed and been happy with the customer care.
Got a letter this morning saying all 512 speads are now upgraded to 750 for free.
also 1mb is 1.5mb and 2mb is 3mb.
Even happier now with Telewest cant complain with that!!
You can bet your ass freeserve would only do this for new customers and for the poor sods that are already on contract would get bugger all.

its been a while since I felt a large company cared.

just checked my speed and its 725 down and 125 up.
