Page 1 of SilverCrest dvd payer KH 6519

Have recently bought a SilverCrest dvd player (KH 6519) only to learn that it is not Multi region . Can anyone be kind enough to help me making it region free please.

Hi Alpha45 just bought same model from LIDLS put in a hack for an earlier model which
seemed to work ok.
Open tray, on remote key 9999, wait about 2 seconds key in further 9, close tray.
Point to note; I had on the tray at the time a region 1 film which played ok after the update,
I am only assuming this hack good for all other regions as mentioned on hack website
for earlier model... good luck
